deskavani™ Meeting Token Set

Make room for every voice at the table.

A refined, non-electronic tabletop communication set for team discussions, creative workshops, teaching sessions, and family project planning. Six reversible tokens help participants express discussion states visually, creating a clearer shared language for turn-taking without timers, recording, networking, or automated ordering.

A Simple Visual Language for Shared Discussion

Each rounded token features two sides with distinct colors and simple graphic symbols. Participants can place a token in front of them or move it to a shared response area according to the group’s own meeting rules.

deskavani™ Meeting Token Set product introduction

Designed to Make Space for Every Voice

The tokens offer a quiet, visible way to signal a wish to speak, request clarification, add a thought, or pause a response. Their meaning is intentionally open so each group can define the symbols and colors according to its own communication style.

Shared Signals, Clearer Tabletop Organization

The set combines six reversible tokens with a shallow return base. Tokens can stand upright in the continuous slot or rest flat on the table, making them suitable for different meeting layouts and participant arrangements.

deskavani™ Meeting Token Set design features
  • Six Reversible Tokens Six rounded double-sided tokens use different colors and simple graphic symbols to help participants communicate discussion states.
  • Shared Table Signal A token can sit in front of a participant or move to a central response area as a visual prompt for the group.
  • Stand or Lay Flat Each token includes a narrow lower tab for upright placement in the base and can also rest flat on the tabletop.
  • Open Return Base The shallow base includes a continuous open slot for returning and organizing all six tokens without drawers or complex moving parts.
  • Rounded Desk-Friendly Finish Rounded edges and matte surfaces suit meeting tables, shared workspaces, workshops, and family planning areas.
  • Easy-Wipe Surfaces The hard surfaces can be wiped with a soft cloth, while the symbols use understated molded or inlaid color detailing.

Warm Ivory, Muted Sage, and Soft Terracotta

A warm ivory ABS base pairs with muted sage and soft terracotta token faces. Silicone anti-slip strips beneath the base help keep the set positioned on a flat tabletop during normal use.

A Tool for Shared Agreements

The Meeting Token Set supports a group-created discussion system. It does not determine speaking order, measure time, record conversations, connect to devices, or guarantee a particular meeting result. The meaning and use of each token should be agreed upon before the discussion begins.

The tokens are communication prompts only. They are not toys, writing surfaces, or objects for throwing or carrying other items. Keep the small components away from young children.

Made for Different Tabletop Conversations

  • Small Team Meetings Use the tokens to indicate a wish to speak, a request for clarification, an additional point, or a temporary pause.
  • Creative Workshops Place a token in front of a participant during rounds of idea sharing and group feedback.
  • Shared Discussion Tables Keep the base at the center of the table so participants can take, display, and return tokens easily.
  • Family Project Planning Use visual prompts to support turn-taking during shared planning conversations.
  • Teaching and Training Discussions Establish simple meanings for questions, responses, additions, or follow-up requests before the session begins.

How to Use

  1. Place the return base at the center of the table or near the meeting facilitator.
  2. Before discussion begins, agree on what each color or graphic symbol means for the group.
  3. Participants choose a token, turn it to the desired side, and place it on the table or in the base.
  4. The facilitator or group responds according to the agreed meeting process; the tokens do not automatically arrange speaking order.
  5. After the discussion, return all six tokens to the base slot, wipe the surfaces, and store the set together.

Care Instructions

Wipe the ABS tokens and base with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth, then dry promptly. Silicone strips may be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not place the set in a dishwasher or soak it for extended periods. Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive sponges, and excessive liquid.

Use Notes

Define the meaning of the symbols before use and keep the tokens on the tabletop. Do not throw, stack heavily, or use them to support objects. Designed for indoor use and not intended as a children's toy.
